TRITON is issued by the Israel Malacological Society (I.M.S.) twice a year and obtainable by subscription and by purchase. TRITON, according to ICZN, is “issued publicly for the purpose of providing a permanent scientific record” and “produced in an edition containing simultaneously obtainable copies by a method that assures numerous identical copies”.

Articles of interest to malacologists and shell collectors are solicited. Republication, with permission of the I.M.S., is invited. Opinions expressed in signed articles are those of the authors and are not necessarily of the Editor or the editorial board. All the unsigned notes are of the Editor. All illustrations are of authors of the published articles if not stated differently.Manuscripts submitted for publication in the TRITON and all the pertaining correspondence should be addressed to the Editor.
